Commuters with a Vision Impaired Travel Pass are eligible for free public transport on all NT buses. Additionally, all bus public bus fares are still free continuing from 1 July 2025 until further notice.

Additionally, the National Companion Card Scheme allows eligible people with disabilities to participate in activities without a second ticket cost for their companion, including some public transport services.
