Their team is fully equipped to support you in gaining the tools you need to navigate these challenges, stay connected, build resilience, and embrace change.

What to do next?
- Obtain a referral letter and mental health plan: Discuss your concerns with your GP to obtain a referral letter and mental health plan. You can download or print the below letter to take along to your GP visit. Ask Your GP to forward the referral and plan directly to onPsych via email or fax. The email and fax number can be found in the below letter as well as information for making an appointment.
If you do not have a GP or are struggling to find one with the right expertise, let us know and we can help.
- Meet your specialist: Schedule a one-on-one session with a psychologist or mental health social worker from our partners at onPsych. The onPsych team will call you directly within a week from receiving your referral letter to schedule an appointment at a suitable date and time. You will receive an SMS reminder 72 hours before your upcoming appointment.
